BIOGRAPHY

Ryan Ewart
1980 -

“I view photography as an inexplicable chase after the utterly transient through a vexing and interminable state of flux.”

I find moments on roads and pathways

Discarded remnants of a salted earth

Left to wither and decompose in a most unbefitting manner

Life breathing life into life

Until spent and discarded

Now feeding life from death

To that which has only just started

This will all be the one left behind

As our love drifts away

To become the once dearly departed

I find moments on roads and pathways

And I take them
